Sheikh Issa of the Abu Dhabi royal family, is being investigated by the Abu Dhabi Public Prosecution Office in relation to video footage of alleged torture, and has been suspended from official duties (he may not have had any anyway), detained (arrested?), and banned from leaving the UAE.
